The project will deliver 439 modern residential units across two 30+ story towers and two 10-story buildings. The 119 current apartment owners will receive upgraded homes in prestigious new buildings. The project will also create a vibrant urban square and a 5-dunam public area, providing enhanced connectivity linking Denmark School and Keshet Secondary School to a public urban axis and the light rail.
