One of the largest Pinui Binui (vacating the property and new construction) complex in the country, with a plan for the entire neighborhood, numbering 1,500 residential units in their existing condition, and 5,200 residential units at the end of the project. In addition, more than 40 dunams will be built for educational institutions and public areas. The company operates in the complex in cooperation with Y.H. Dimari, since the companieswere awarded the proposal in cooperation with the Herzliya Municipality. Compensation for the tenants was approved by the municipality with additions of up to 30 sq.m per apartment.

Economic-social value:

Development of educational institutions in the neighborhood – 2 high schools, 3 middle schools, and 60 pre-schools and nurseries.

  • 10% of the project’s profits will be reinvested in the construction, neighborhood or wider community.
  • The company is in contact with the authorities to allocate some of the residential units for long-term rental and capped rent.
